While filming the new Shaft movie Vigilante found himself watching a spades game during a break. Two of his friends were playing two of his other friends. Let’s call the winning team the Red team and the losing team the blue team. The red team continued to rack up victory’s game after game after game. Vigilante felt so bad for the blue team that he wanted to jump in the game and save them. After thinking about he lack of knowledge on the game he found it more fitting to sit on the sideline and watch his friends die a slow painful death.
A few weeks later Vigilante was filming with The Quad and those same friends from the red team taught him how to play spades. As the game progressed Vigilante’s skill grew rapidly. He took to the game very naturally. By the end of the day Vigilante was the best player at the table. Game after game new opponents would challenge him and they would bring the own brand of cards. Vigilante was very intrigued by the different designs on the back of the cards and he wonders if he could add his own custom design as he did his phone case.
The new day after set Vigilante began to research how he could get custom cards made with his own personal design on them. He came across a site called Zazzle. He designed a deck of cards and had them shipped to him. A few days later Vigilante was invited to film in a music video with Domani Harris (son of rapper TI). At the video shoot the was a little down time as the crew was preparing set ups. Vigilante pulled out his new deck of cards that he had ordered from Zazzle and the spades game begun. As Vigilante distributed the cards he noticed that no one could take their eyes off the fact that he had put his own design on the back of the cards. This shocked Vigilante as he felt the son of TI would have seen something similar to this invention but he had not. After the video had wrapped Vigilante began to seek a playing cards company that would partner with him.
You’re On Deck playing cards became the official partner to Vigilante Vision via the Thats How We Do It design. YOD Cards appointed Vigilante as head of their instagram promotion division. In the first month Vigilante had shot a Commercail for the company and was able to boost the YOD Cards instagram page from 0 followers to 500. The partnership seemed to be working perfectly but after a year of working together YOD Cards and Vigilante began to have creative differences. The relationship between to two became quiet and vigilante went back to his regular filming schedule. After about 5 movies YOD Cards called Vigilante to rekindle the relationship and provide him with the updated items sold on the website.
Currently YOD Cards and Vigilante are preparing for covid-19 to die down so they can film commercials for the new products and launch the new app. To shop with YOD Cards go to Youreondeck.com and get yourself some custom cards and or poker chips.
