What lessons can you learn from a 21 year old who went from behind bars to penthouse? Dylan Caudullo from Pennsylvania is living proof that anything is achievable no matter the circumstances. Change can be scary, but it is also necessary if we want to experience success. Dylan comes from a household that went wrong due to poverty, abandonment and negligence. He was surrounded by a bad environment that had bad influence over him. But Dylan’s story and determination demonstrates how when a person commits to growth and success they can achieve anything. He put all of his energy, passion and attention to the correct things in order to accomplish the life of his dreams despite his negative upbringing.
When Dylan was 19 years old, he was arrested for using and selling drugs. One bad decision almost ruined his entire life, but one good decision made him a success story. This goes to show we are always only one decision away from creating our own reality. This experience made him realize he wanted a better life. He wanted to inspire as many people as possible, but he had no idea how to even start, so he started by changing his circle of friends. He also invested in himself, started reading, taking online courses, and even hired some mentors to help him become a better person and an expert in his field.
When he was 20, he founded and sold a marketing agency in only six months. He then moved from Pennsylvania to San Diego, California into a Skyrise penthouse. In his new home, he has completely committed to the development of others. He helps people achieve all of their goals and also teaches them how to master sales. He truly believes if it wasn’t for sales, he wouldn’t be where he is now. Sales has taught him how to be a strong leader, how to handle rejection, how to learn and grow everyday, and most importantly, how to be of service to others.
In the last 45 days, he has been able to close one million dollars in sales for his company. He earns at least $20,000 USD every month. He has been able to achieve this by mastering one skill – sales. His formula to be on the road to success is to communicate with the person or people you want to be in communication with, let them know who you are, understand their needs and/or wants, then do, present, and or/produce what they need or want. In this way one can start him or herself on the road to success.
Poverty, abandonment, and a history of struggles and bad choices are no excuse to stay stuck. There is always a way when there is a desire to change.
